I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was charming and had a touch of elegance that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate around. It was such a relief not to struggle with stairs or cramped hallways. Everything was easily accessible and conveniently located on the ground floor, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

I would have appreciated a more attentive staff during my stay. Although the children working there were friendly, I felt that they could have been more proactive in assisting senior guests like myself.

The hotel is in a central location which is very comfortable. I could arrive one day before my booking day and it was great.

I arrived at about 10 P.M. The first room I got was absolutely a mess. Somebody had used the toilet before, didn't use the flush and on top of it some of the urine was still on the floor!! In the second room a bottle of water was already empty and nobody had replaced it. So, I had to complain again because I was not interested in paying a bottle of water which I didn't drink. The hotel staff did not even think of replacing it. I might have want to drink water too. The other big problem was the parking situation. It costs 5 Euros and on top of it there was no parking possibility at the hotel. I had to search for a parking lot late in the night and had to walk back to the hotel. And this was on two nights. For a woman it is really not fun! The breakfast buffet was a joke. Four different warm options and that was it. In the rooms they had no slipper (!), little shampoos and not even a cattle. The other morning I asked to get the room cleaned but in the evening there was still rests of soap on the water tap. It might be a good 3 star hotel but never ever a 4 star hotel.

The location was superb, right in the center of LP. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were very accommodating. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable bed and a nice little balcony with a view of the city center. The breakfast was very good, and the free WiFi was a nice bonus. this place is fantastic and I would highly recommend it.

The staff were not very attentive, so getting a drink at the bar was a bit inconvenient. However, they were friendly and took our complaints seriously.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a calm area beside a beautiful lake and in the heart of the town center. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy all that it had to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, especially during breakfast. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the good bike rental and the big wedding suite with AC. The hotel's location near the town centre and other restaurants in the neighbourhood made it easy to explore the city and find delicious meals. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the river Lippe and the city park provided a lovely atmosphere.

The hotel had a good location, very close to the town center with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was also a highlight with a good variety of options to choose from. to this, the hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making us feel valued as guests.

Our room was not up to standard. The furniture seemed old and outdated, and the overall condition of the room was not great.

Located on a small island within walking distance to the city center, this hotel is in a prime location. The area boasts a variety of restaurants, making dining convenient and enjoyable. If you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere away from biergartens on the river, the in-house restaurant is an excellent option. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and modern with great amenities.

The hotel lacks air conditioning, which could be a downside for those visiting in the summer months.
